Be prepared for a long walk when you disembark at any gate at Ben-Gurion Airport. Automated walkways are available but if you have trouble walking see the “At the Airport” section for facilities for the disabled. Terminal 2 at Ben-Gurion International Airport is currently inactive.

A shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to link the International Terminal 3 to the Domestic Terminal 1.
Automatic walkways are available within each terminal for passengers, and their luggage, to travel on.
Directions to shuttle bus stops are clearly sign posted.

The airport is located off the Ayalon Highway at the Ben-Gurion interchange.

Travel times to Ben-Gurion Airport are as follows:
Tel Aviv - 9 minutes
Nahariya - 2 hours
Hafia - 1 hour and 20 minutes
Beer Sheva - 1 hour and 15 minutes

Trains, cars, taxis and public buses can reach Terminal 3 from outside the airport.

There are thousands of parking spaces at Ben Gurion Airport for travellers.  Short-term parking has a maximum stay of 24 hours after which cars can be towed and the owner of the car will be charged towing fees.  Short-term parking lots are located opposite Terminal 3 for international passengers and in front of Terminal 1 for domestic passengers.

Costs:
15 NIS for the first hour.
6 NIS for every hour after that.
60 NIS maximum charge.

Long-term parking facilities cost 25 NIS per day.  It is cheaper to use the long term parking spaces if you intend to be at the Airport for more than 3 hours.  Remember to keep the parking ticket issued safe.

Payment for parking spaces can be made at automated teller machines located throughout both terminals, to the parking cashier as you leave or at the parking lot shuttle bus stop in Terminal 3.  Once you have paid for your parking you have 60 minutes to exit the parking building.

Disabled parking places are clearly marked and close to both terminals.

An exclusive parking lot of 400 spaces is located in front of Terminal 3 for a maximum 24-hour stay. Cost is 100 NIS.

Ben Gurion’s International Terminal 3 is like a mini city with five separate levels, S, G, 1, 2 and 3 as well as a Rotunda.

Banking and Money Exchange: Bank Hapoalim  in the Greeters Hall and Bank Leumi on Level 1. Currency Exchange is found at the entrance of Bye&Buy Shopping Mall and in the Rotunda.

Food and Beverage: Bars and Restaurants are found in the Rotunda catering to a variety of world cuisines.

Shopping: The airport is like a mini city with plenty of retail space. There are book shops and newspaper stands on Level G

Duty Free: Duty Free Bye&Buy Shopping Mall on Level 3 and Duty Free James Richardson in the Rotunda

Other Services: Taxis are available at ground level. level S has the Train terminus with access to major cities in Israel and of course Tel Aviv. 24 hour First Aid next to entrance 21. Travel agencies next to entrance gate 23 in the east gallery. The Police Desk is located next to Entrance 11, which includes all police services and is the point for lost and found. There is a free wireless internet service available and free luggage trolleys.

Disabled Facilities: Wheelchairs are provided free of charge to all passengers who require them at Ben-Gurion Airport. The terminal’s elevators are specifically designed for use by disabled passengers and have buttons in easy to reach low positions, with recorded announcements of the services that are available on each floor.
