Terminal Transfers: The airport comprises two passenger terminals: Pulkovo-1 for domestic, international charter and CIS country flights and Pulkovo-2 for long haul international flights. Escalators, elevators and stairs connect various levels of the terminals.

The airport is accessible via Pulkovo highway. The city bus #39 plies between the airport and Moskovskaya metro station.
Airport Parking: The airport offers both free and paid parking spaces. Complimentary and non guarded parking bays (486) are located at both the terminals; and 15-minute free parking is also available for drop-off and pick-up.
Pulkovo 1
Short term parking lot with 600 slots charges RUB 100.00 per hour; and long term parking lot with 400 spaces cost RUB 300.00 for twenty four hours.
Pulkovo 2
Near Pulkovo-2, parking spaces are available for 350 cars. Single-use parking ticket costs RUB 100.00 per hour for cars and RUB 200.00 per hour for buses. Multi-use parking slots charge RUB 10,676.50 per quarter for cars and RUB 21,535.00 for buses. The secure multi-level park charges RUB 350.00 per day.
At The Airport: Banking and Money Exchange: Sberbank and Master Bank offer currency exchange, cash transfer and other banking services. An automatic currency exchange machine of Sberbank dispenses euros and US dollars. Passengers can access automatic currency exchange machines of Master for withdrawing / depositing cash in euros, US dollars and roubles, and buying and selling foreign currency.
