Terminal Transfers: Only one terminal is used for passengers, the other is devoted to cargo and freight services. A new terminal is currently under construction to allow for more passengers.

Airport Parking: Approximately 1200 parking spaces are available on an hourly and daily base. Car parks 1 and 3 have facilities for long-term parking with charges of OMR 1 per day. The car parks are located in front of the terminal building.
At The Airport: Banking and Money Exchange: An exchange bureau can also be found at the terminal.
Food and Beverage: Separate food courts are also located at the departure and arrival halls, which include several franchises such as Dairy Queen.
Shopping: There are book shops and a newsstands in the airport selling snacks and useful items for travellers.
Duty Free: There are 2 duty-free shops located at the departure area and 1 in the arrivals hall.
