Terminal Transfers: TIA has two terminals, the Domestic Terminal and the International Terminal, within walking distance of each other.

The Ring Road is the major transport artery connecting the airport with the rest of the country.

At The Airport: The airport has three levels: ground level, second level and third level. Banking and Money Exchange: Currency Exchanges ca be found throghout all levels of the airport.The ground flor has a Nabil Bank with ATM's. Food and Beverage: On the ground level there is a snack counter. Restaurants are located on the 2nd and 3rd levels. Shopping: On the ground level there is a souvenir shop and duty free shos are available on the second level. Other Services: The ground level features an insurance counter, Nepal Telecommunication Corporation outlet for domestic and international direct dial telephones and tele-fax, post office, TIA Office Information Services, hotel reservation counter and HMG Tourist Information Center. The second level has a VIP lounge, Commercially Important Person (CIP) lounge, and a transit security check desk. The third level features a visitor’s observation desk. There is a health service center providing first aid and emergency services. The airport porter service fee ranges from NPR 20.00 to NPR 25.00. Disabled Facilities: For the convenience of disabled passengers, there are ramps, special washrooms and an escalator.
