News: The new International Terminal complex, featuring a multi-level car park, food court, duty free shopping area and VIP and CIP halls, will become operational in October 2009.

Terminal Transfers: The airport comprises four terminals: International Terminal, Domestic Terminal A, Domestic Terminal B and VIP and CIP Terminal. A courtesy shuttle plies between the terminals.
Directions: The airport is located on the Anatolian shore. Distances from major towns and cities follow: Pendik – 12 km Kadikoy – 40 km Istanbul- 41 km Taksim – 50 km Ankara – 400 km The airport is accessible via TEM motorway.
Airport Parking: The airport parking facility can accommodate 4,718 cars and 72 buses. A courtesy shuttle runs between the terminal and the multi-level car park. The facility has 200 spaces for valet parking and slots for disabled passengers. Unauthorized vehicles parked at the curbside in front of the terminals are towed away and fined. The car parking costs TRY 7.00 up to first hour, TRY 10.00 for 3-6 hours, TRY 17.00 for 6-12 hours and TRY 23.00 for 12-24 hours. The bus parking lot charges TRY 8.00 up to first 60 minutes, TRY 12.00 for 1-3 hours, TRY 20.00 for 6-12 hours and TRY 26.5 for 12-24 hours. A subscription card costs TRY 65.00 for 4 days, TRY 110.00 for 7 days, TRY 142.00 for 15 days and TRY 162.00 for 30 days.
At The Airport: Banking and Money Exchange: Akbank, Türkiye İş Bank and Yapı Kredi Bank offer standard banking and foreign exchange services in the International Terminal. Automatic teller machines (ATMs) of Akbank, Bank Asya, Garanti Bankası, HSBC, ING Bank, Türkiye İş Bank and Yapı Kredi Bank are installed throughout the airport. Food and Beverage: Passengers can choose from various onsite cafes for beverages and snacks. There is also a bar. Shopping: The onsite jewelry shop, 24 / 7 pharmacy, tobacco shop, mini market, the Turkish delight shop and toy and gift stores stock a number of products, including CDs, books, personal care products, ornaments, chocolates, dry fruits, souvenirs and cigarettes. Duty Free: SETUR Servis Turistik A.Ş. sell duty free cosmetics, tobacco, foreign / local drinks, ready wear, accessories, electronics and textiles. Other Services: The airport houses a post office, first aid unit, separate prayer rooms for men and women, baby-care rooms, meeting points and rental car counters. Trolleys, porter services and wireless Internet are available for the convenience of passengers. Disabled Facilities: Both the terminals feature wheelchairs and accessible ATMs, pay phone booths, lavatories and inter airport service vehicles. The airport also offers services of attendant staff.
Departure Tax: Departure tax of TRY 74.31 is levied on the Turkish nationals going abroad.
