Terminal Transfers: The airport has four terminals: A, B, C and E. A free shuttle transports passengers between terminals; and elevators enable movement between different levels.
Directions: The airport is located in the East Boston. Distances from major towns and cities follow: Boston – 6 Km Charlestown – 7 Km Woburn – 23 Km Braintree – 25 Km Framingham – 39 Km The airport is easily accessible from both I-90 and I-93. A free Massport shuttle bus runs between economy parking, airport terminals and the airport station on the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) Blue Line subway. A courtesy bus also links Logan Dock and all the terminals.
Airport Parking: Central Parking Garage, connected with the terminals via a network of pedestrian bridges, Terminal E Parking Lot 1 and Terminal B Garage cost $3.00 for up to thirty minutes, $9.00 for 1-1 ½ hours, $15.00 for 2-3 hours, $48.00 for 6-24 hours and thereafter $24.00 for each additional day. Spaces for disabled are earmarked near the terminal walkways in all lots. Terminal E Parking Lot 2 and Economy Lot charge $8.00 for 1-1 ½ hours, $36.00 for 6-24 hours, $18.00 for each additional day and $108.00 a week. Economy Parking is an ideal option for long term parking. A courtesy accessible shuttle bus runs between the terminals and the lot round the clock. Motorists can wait for arriving passengers for maximum of half-an-hour in free Cell Phone Lot. Curbside parking is prohibited.
At The Airport: Banking and Money Exchange: ATMs of American Airlines Credit Union, Bank of America, Cardtronics, Sovereign Bank and Citizens Bank are within the airport premises. A full-service branch of Bank of America offers various banking services. There are three foreign exchange booths of Travelex. Food and Beverage: The airport has a number of restaurants serving fresh hot food; and snack outlets for pizzas, coffee, chocolates, donuts, sandwiches, fudges, burgers and so on. Shopping: You can shop, enjoy beauty treatments in saloon and / or unwind in spas during layover. The retail outlets sell an assortment of merchandise such as beauty products, apparels, hats, sunglasses and books. Duty Free: Travelers with international boarding passes can buy cigarettes, cigars, high-end liquors and specialty gifts from the duty free outlet. Other Services: The airport has Wi- Fi, Internet Kiosks, a USO center, Kidport, art exhibits and chapel to enhance traveling experience. Leading car rental agencies offer transport services from the airport. Disabled Facilities: The airport features elevators with Braille floor, jamb markings and emergency call buttons, restrooms, wheelchairs, accessible curbside ramps, TTY telephones and accessible van and shuttles for the convenience of disabled passengers.
