Terminal Transfers: The airport has a 2-level terminal and four concourses equipped with escalators and elevators.
Directions: The airport is located southwest of Cleveland. Distances from major towns and cities follow: Berea – 6 km Olmsted – 8 km Brooklyn - 11 km Cleveland – 21 km Bay Village - 21 km The Airport-Route 237, connected to I-71, leads to the airport. I-480 also takes you to the airport via I-271, I-77 and I-71. The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority trains run between the airport and downtown Cleveland every 15 minutes.
Airport Parking: The airport offers 24 / 7 parking spaces for more than 7,000 automobiles in three different facilities: Hourly / Daily Garage, Long Term Parking Garage and Economy Shuttle Parking lot. An enclosed connector bridge with speed walk connects both the garages, featuring automatic ticket dispensers, with the terminal. The hourly garage is free for the first half-an-hour and thereafter it costs $3.00 for up to sixty minutes, $ 3.00 for each additional hour and $14.00 per day. The Long Term garage costs $3.00 for the first hour, $ 6.00 for up to two hours and $10.00 per day. Both the garages have accessible spaces for disabled passengers. The Economy Shuttle Parking lot with 640 spaces charges $ 2.00 for the first hour and $ 7.00 per day. A shuttle connects the lot and the terminal. Valet parking service, costing $18.00 per day, is also provided for the convenience of the passengers. The valet parking charges $6.00 for the first hour and $3.00 for each additional hour. Overflow lot costs $ 7.00 per day.
At The Airport: Banking and Money Exchange: The airport features US Bank ATMs in the elevator lobby and all the concourses, currency exchange counters in pre-security and post security zones and a Chartway Credit Union branch and its ATM. The Concourse B ATM accepts deposits also. Food and Beverage: You can order salads, meals, pizzas, bagels, pastas, smoothies, drinks from onsite fast food outlets, cafes, bars and restaurants. Shopping: AIRMALL® at the airport features several retail stores offering leather goods, jewelry, electronics and other merchandise of local, regional and national brands. Duty Free: There is no duty free outlet. Other Services: Luggage carts in parking garages, conference and meeting rooms for rent, rest rooms, airline clubs, mail boxes, Internet Kiosks, an Airport Information Desk, USO lounge, interfaith chapel, limousine, bus, car rental services and live entertainment programs are a big plus. Disabled Facilities: The airport offers wheelchair accessible and family restrooms, TTY telephones, ADA accessible elevators, electric carts and escort services for the convenience of disabled passengers.
