News: The airport announced its plans to install new passenger loading bridges (PLBs) and rehabilitate apron and taxiway.

Terminal Transfers: The airport comprises three terminals, Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3; and three concourses A, B and C. Underground trains running every ninety seconds and a courtesy shuttle connect the concourses and the terminals.

I-75, I-74 and I-71 lead to the airport via I-275.

Airport Parking: The airport has Cell Phone Lot, AutoPort Garage, ValuPark and Valet parking. The complimentary Cell Phone Lot has enough spaces for drivers waiting to pick up arriving passengers. Curbs are only for quick loading and unloading of passengers and goods; and unattended vehicles are towed away from the curbs. The well-lit, secure, accessible AutoPort Garage with 6,000 spaces costs $3.00 for the first hour, $2.00 for the next thirty minutes and thereafter $1.00 for each additional thirty minutes. Maximum day rate is $13.00. ValuPark, an ideal choice for long term parking, charges $2.00 for up to four hours, $3.00 for the next four hours and $7.00 per day. Valet-n-Go costs $ 18.00 per day and partial day rate starts at $8.00. Parking lots accept checks, credit card and cash.

At The Airport: Banking and Money Exchange: Fifth Third bank outlets offer currency exchange and other banking services. Its ATMs are installed in the terminals 2 and 3.

Food and Beverage: The food court serves a wide selection of fast food; and several restaurants offer pre-made and fresh meals and carryout food. Some of the full-service restaurants also provide bar services. Vending machines for snacks and beverages are installed within the terminals.

Shopping: The onsite retail stores sell an assortment of concessions such as books, gifts, personal care items, games, toys, travel and sports goods etc. InMotion Pictures offers movie DVDs on rent. Passengers can enjoy pedicures, manicures and massages at the Terminal 3.

Duty Free: There is a duty free shop in the terminal 3 that sells gourmet foods, cosmetics, jewelry, liquor, fragrances and cigarettes.

Other Services: The airport has a chapel, children’s play area, complimentary wireless Internet, information booths, Crown Rooms for unwinding, family restrooms, workstations, smoking lounges, mail boxes, shoe shine stands and luggage carts. Taxicabs, shuttles and rental cars are available at the airport. The onsite Business Center features PCs, Internet and office rooms with fax, phone and printer.

Disabled Facilities: Easily accessible airport offers services of airline personnel and skycaps for the convenience of the disabled passengers.
