Terminal Transfers: The airport has one terminal and five concourses A, B, C, D and E. Moving sidewalks connect the terminal with all concourses.

The Billy Graham Parkway, connected to I-85, I-277, I-77, takes you to the airport.
Airport Parking: The 23,500 onsite parking spaces for taxis, limousines, buses, cars and other vehicles are divided into eight categories: Hourly, Daily, Remote, Long-Term, Curbside Valet, Business Valet, T-Mobile Cell Phone Lot and Overflow. Hourly Parking Lot, free for the first half-an-hour, costs $1.00 for next thirty minutes with maximum day rate of $16.00. Daily and Remote Parking are quite cheap at $1.00 per hour and $6 per day. Daily and Hourly Decks, located within walking distance of the terminal, have covered parking. Long-Term parking charges $4.00 for twenty four hours. Both Business and Curbside Valet Parking options are expensive and cost $4.00 for the first half-an-hour and $1.00 for every additional thirty minutes. Overflow Parking opens only if all other parking lots are closed, and charges flat fee of $10.00. A free, 24/7 shuttle service connects all parking lots and the terminal; and vehicles can be left in the lots for maximum of thirty days. All the lots except Remote Parking Lot feature parking spaces for disabled passengers.
At The Airport: The Main Terminal is divided into three sections: East, West and Center.
The Baggage Claim area also has an ATM, a text telephone (TTY), restrooms, information centers and food and beverage outlets (FBOs). Curbside of the lower Baggage Claim level has car rental, taxi, shuttle and motel/hotel courtesy vehicle counters.
All concourses have TTYs, restrooms and FBOs. However, a World Traveler Marketplace is located in the concourse A and D; the concourses B, C and D feature cart rental services of Smarte Carte; and a business center is in the concourse C.
Smarte Carte offers baggage carts at a fee of $2.00 and its carts are also available in baggage claim area, hourly parking and ticketing area. A duty free store is situated in the concourse D and an ATM in the concourse E. Banking and Money Exchange: All three sections have ATMs. Both the East and the Center sections have First Citizens Bank branches offering currency exchange and banking services.
Food and Beverage: At baggage reclaim there are outlets and snack shops as well as restaurants throughout the airport.
Shopping: A host of retail shops, postal / shipping facility and shoeshine stand are in the East section.
Duty Free: A duty free store is situated in the concourse D. Other Services: The Center section features a chapel, information desk, First in Flight Lounge and Airport Business Center that provides high-speed Internet, computers, photocopying, fax and conferencing facilities. The Baggage Claim area also has a text telephone (TTY), restrooms and information centers. Curbside of the lower Baggage Claim level has car rental, taxi, shuttle and motel/hotel courtesy vehicle counters. All concourses have TTYs, restrooms and FBOs. Disabled Facilities: The airport is well-equipped with motorized lifts, assistance carts, visual paging and TTYs for the convenience of disabled passengers. Wheelchairs are available upon request from airlines. Passengers can unwind in accessible restrooms and use skycap services if required.
