Terminal Transfers: The airport has four terminals: Terminal 2, Terminal 3, Domestic Terminal and FBO Terminal. The FBO Terminal caters to private jets. A complimentary shuttle service connects all the terminals. A courtesy trolley also links the Terminal 3 and the FBO terminal with other two terminals.

Take the Cancun-Chetumal highway until you reach the km 22 exit; thereafter, follow the signs for the airport.
Airport Parking: The airport has three 24-hr parking lots. The parking lot at the main entrance of CUN charges MXN 24.00 for one hour and MXN 150.00 for a day. If the vehicle is parked for more than six hours, day rate is charged.
At The Airport: All the restaurants and duty free stores are located in the Departures; and money exchange counters and ATMs are at the International Arrivals. The main departure terminal has an independent locker station that charges MXN 80.00 per small locker for 24 hours. Outside the Arrivals at the Terminals 2 and 3, Meeting Point is an ideal place to wait for passengers. AC Mera Business Lounge in the Terminal 2 features a data port, telephone, television, fax machine, newspapers, Internet access and conference facilities. The Terminal 3 has an air-conditioned VIP Lounge, equipped with conference facilities, fax, Internet, television and telephones, for international flight passengers. The Departures have designated smoking areas. Air conditioned Mexicana Salon Ejecutivo at the Terminal 2 has flight information monitors, Wi-Fi, data port, fax, newspapers, magazines, telephone and television. The Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 offer a number of public phones, wash rooms, elevators, Internet access and medical facility. Mail boxes are installed at the Terminal 2.
Departure Tax: Generally departure tax of MXN 628.50 is included in the ticket cost.
