Terminal Transfers: The airport has a 3-level terminal, equipped with escalators, elevators and stairs; and two concourses B and C. Covered walkways connect the concourses and the terminal.

The airport is easily accessible via I-84.
Airport Parking: The airport has three parking options: Short Term Parking, Parking Garage and Long Term Surface Lot. The Short Term, Surface Lot and Parking Garage charge $0.75 for thirty minutes. However, Surface lot is the most economical with day rate of $8.25. The parking garage costs $10.25 per day and short term costs $18.50. The short term and parking garage charge disabled passengers $8.25 for a day. A shuttle service runs between parking and the terminal. Only active unloading and loading is allowed at the curb. Heavy penalty is levied if curb rules are violated. There is a free cell phone lot for pick up and drop off. Bicycle racks are also available. The parking facility accepts cash, checks and credit cards.
At The Airport: Banking and Money Exchange: There are no currency exchange counters because it is a domestic airport. ATMs are in the food court and the ticket lobby.
Food and Beverage: The food court in the terminal serves snacks and beverages.
Shopping: There is a travel mart, newsstand and Boise River Marketplace.
Other Services: Additional facilities include a conference center, chapel, business center, shoe shine stand, mailbox, public phones and restrooms. Complimentary Wi-Fi can be accessed from all parts of the airport.
Disabled Facilities: TDD / TTY phones and discounted parking are available for the convenience of disabled passengers.
Departure Tax: There is no departure tax.
