The airport is accessible via European route E39 / Trunk Road 580. Boats are also available at the Flesland quay that takes you to Stavanger, Stord – Haugesund, Sunnhordaland and Austevoll from the airport.
Airport Parking: The airport offers about 3,500 spaces in the parking garage and outdoor parking area. Long term parking zone is divided into P1, P5, P6 and P7. The low priced long term parking lots include P8 and P9. P10 and P11 are located near helicopter terminal. P0, a short term parking lot, charges NOK 40.00 for half an hour. P1, P2, P4, P5, P6 and P11 lots cost NOK 25.00 for thirty minutes and NOK 50.00 per hour. Daily rates vary between NOK 325.00 in P2/P4/P11 and NOK 50.00 in P9. P2/P4/P11 charge NOK 2275.00 per week, the highest weekly parking rate. P9, the cheapest option, charges NOK 300.00 for one week, NOK 500.00 for two weeks and NOK 700.00 for three weeks. P2, a short term parking lot, is complimentary up to ten minutes. Vehicles parked in non-parking zones are towed away and fined. A few spaces are also reserved for disabled passengers in all the lots.
At The Airport: Banking and Money Exchange: Handelsbanken offers various banking services and currency exchange services at the airport. Automatic teller machines (ATMs) are installed throughout the airport. There is also a banknote machine.
