Terminal Transfers: One terminal is made up of an East and West wing connected by the main terminal. Different levels cater for Arrivals and Departures and escalators are available.
Directions: The airport is located 7 km from Beirut, 34 km from Jubb Janin, 47 km from Riyaq, 66 km from Sur.
Airport Parking: Parking is available for approximately 2400 cars. There is more parking which is currently sealed off until needed. Rates are unavailable but services such as valet parking, around the clock security and payment on credit cards are available.
At The Airport: Banking and Money Exchange: The airport bank is operated by Lebanon’s largest bank, Byblos Bank and ATMs are available throughout the airport, and VAT refunds can also redeemed at the bank.
Food and Beverage: The airport has a limited number of restaurants and cafes although more are being planned.
Duty Free: The majority of Duty Free shops are situated at the departures level although some are available at arrivals.
Other Services: The airport has 3 lounges, the Cedar Lounge (used by most airlines for their premium passengers) and the Golden and LAT lounges which are smaller in size. There are various wireless hotspots throughout the airport, but concentrated in the lounges. A postal and internet service is available at the airport. Prayer rooms for Muslims and Christians are located in the airport
Disabled Facilities: The airport is relatively wheelchair-friendly allowing disabled passengers access to most facilities. Otherwise passengers are encouraged to contact their respective airline for special needs or contact the airport for complimentary assistance.
Departure Tax: 5,000 lira charged for every passenger leaving Lebanon
