Airport Parking: The airport has both long-term and short-term parking lots to accommodate about 2,000 vehicles. The motorbike parking rate is Rp 500/ per day and car parking fee is Rp 1,000/ per day. Some parking spaces are reserved for disabled passengers near exit and entry points of the lots.
At The Airport: Banking and Money Exchange: Bureau de Change and ATMs are available throughout the airport. Food and Beverage: There are refreshment facilities at the airport as well as a cafe restaurant. Shopping: Duty free shops in the International Departure concourse
Other Services: For passengers’ convenience, there is a drug store, post office in the vicinity of the Domestic Departure area and a reflexology shop for foot massages. Telephones for better connectivity are located throughout the DPS. The third floor of the airport has an observation gallery and a pharmacy. The International Terminal also has aerobridges and hotel reservation and tourist information counters. At the third floor of the International Terminal, an executive lounge is equipped with showers and Internet connectivity. Both the terminals feature information desks and complimentary baggage trolleys. Though porter service fee is negotiable, porters expect Rp 1,000 – Rp 2,500 for each bag.
Disabled Facilities: Disabled passengers can use wheelchairs and special elevators.
