Terminal Transfers: The airport comprises of two terminals: Barbara Jordan Terminal and the South Terminal. Private vans, a SuperShuttle and taxis are available for inter-terminal transfers. VivaBus also runs a shuttle service between the South Terminal and the Barbara Jordan Terminal, costing $5 per passenger.

Airport Parking: Barbara Jordan Terminal
This is a Well-lighted, secure parking facility and can accommodate over 10,000 vehicles. Parking in Lot A and the Airport Parking Garage is complimentary for the first half-an-hour. The parking fee is $2.00 for the next thirty minutes and $2.00 for every additional hour thereafter. The maximum parking charge is $20.00 per day for the garage and $10 per day for the Close In Lot A. Parking in Economy Lots B, C, D, E and F are the cheapest options at $7.00 per day. A free, 24-hr shuttle with wheelchair lifts runs between the terminal and all the parking lots. Valet parking costs $24.00 per day. All lots have special areas for disabled passengers. Accessible parking spaces are situated near the shuttle stops in the surface parking lots and close to the terminal in the garage.
South Terminal
Self-service parking is within walking distance of the terminal. Parking is free for the first fifteen minutes and thereafter it costs $2.00 up to one hour. Parking fee increases by $2.00 for every additional hour up to the first four hours with maximum day rate of $10.00 up to three days. From fourth day onwards, daily parking fee is just $7.00. Airport security monitors 1,000 onsite parking spaces round the clock. Both long-term and short-term parking options are available. Accessible parking spaces are close to the public transportation area and near the terminal. Be careful if you try to avoid the parking costs, unattended vehicles at the curb are towed away and fined.
At The Airport: Barbara Jordan Terminal
The Barbara Jordan Terminal consists of four levels: the aircraft apron, concourse, baggage claim and mezzanine. Banking and Money Exchange: Banking facilities are available
Food and Beverage: There are restaurants in the terminal offering popular snacks and meals.
Shopping: The terminal features well-known local gift shops and other shopping boutiques.
Duty Free: There are a number or Duty Free shops at the airport.
Other Services: Limousine, taxicabs and local buses shuttle between the city and the airport. Austin musicians play regularly in the central courtyard area suffused with natural light to entertain the passengers.Telephones with TTY are installed throughout the baggage claim area and the concourse. A vantage point near the east runway is the ideal place to watch take off and landing of the planes. There is a high-speed, reliable, fee-based Wi Fi at the airport for the convenience of the passengers. The terminal also has restrooms and elevators, escalators and stairs for easy movement. Banking and Money Exchange: Banking facilities are available Food and Beverage: There are restaurants in the terminal offering popular snacks and meals. Shopping: The terminal features well-known local gift shops, shopping boutiques and newsstands. Duty Free: As with the Barbara Jordan terminal there are plenty of duty free and tax free shopping facilities.
Other Services: Outside the terminal, plenty of taxis are available and there is a SuperShuttle and car rental counters within the terminal. Disabled Facilities (bother terminals): In Barbara Jordan Terminal there is a walk area specifically for guide dogs. Both the terminals offer wheelchair accessible ticket counters, restrooms, water fountains and elevators. The signs in Braille, leveled floors ensuring easy movement of wheelchairs and escort service are a big plus. Accessible contrasting floor surfaces at the pedestrian walkways simplify navigation for visually impaired.
Departure Tax: There is no departure tax.
